Heather is a Northwest native, currently living in Southwest Washington, she has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Idaho. With years of experience in mental health, community work, and as a former small business owner, Heather brings strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a focus on details to her role as a Realtor. She purchased her first home in 2008 and is also a real estate investor in partnership with her brother, who is also a Realtor. Heather works with Kachevas Real Estate serving Southwest Washington.

Kendall first met Matt when he helped her and her husband buy their first home in 2017. Kendall was extremely impressed with the service, low pressure, and comfortable atmosphere that Matt provided. She was inspired to become a realtor and aims to provide the same experience that Matt did. She joined Kachevas Real Estate in 2019, to begin mentoring under Matt. Kendall lives in Vancouver, WA with her husband and chocolate lab, Osa. She enjoys being active, exploring the PNW, going on dog walks, and working on home projects.
